For the second consecutive time, LANXESS Brasil wins the organizational climate survey "Incredible Places to Work", in the chemical segment.

  • Third Consecutive Year among Top Chemical/Petrochemical Company in Brazil
  • The company also won third place in overall country corporate satisfaction ranking
  • The ranking named as “Incredible Places to Work” is an initiative of the Administration Institute Foundation (FIA), specialized on surveys, in partnership with the Uol Web Portal, one of the most important media outlets in Brazil

LANXESS once again earned as first chemical company to work for in Brazil according to the latest “Incredible Places to Work” evaluation by the Administration Institute Foundation (FIA). The specialty chemicals company was also recognized as the third best company for employee satisfaction, which is based work environment, organizational culture, leadership performance and satisfaction with the company’s people management practices .

This year’s awards evaluated 350 Brazilian-based companies for a complete employee satisfaction analysis. The questionnaires , which had more than 180,000 participants, questions were applied both to employees, anonymously, and to the companies' Human Resources teams. The 2021 edition included questions related to the mental health of employees, as well astheir relationships with colleagues and leaders. These are important issues to analyze this year as  due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this is the second year that some employees are working remotely. In addition, the survey also raised important questions regarding companies’ diversity and inclusion efforts.

This is the third consecutive award by LANXESS as first place in the ranking of chemical and petrochemical companies in Brazil and the second consecutive year at “Incredible places to work” FIA/UOL. In 2019, LANXESS also appeared in the general ranking, with fifth place in the “Best Companies to Work For” award, also from FIA and Você S/A Magazine and first among the chemical. These rankings indicate LANXESS’ efforts as a leading employer, though the company strives for continued improvement.
