The Inorganic Pigments business unit is the largest producer of iron oxide in the world, with a wide range of products and recognized expertise in technical service. All Bayferrox® and Colortherm® pigments offer high quality in all chemical and physical properties, but particularly in relation to dyeing power and color constancy. Its chemical composition ensures that the products are completely weather-stable and lightfast.
From yellow to orange, from red to green and from brown to black – colour plays an increasingly important role in daily life as a versatile design element. But in addition to the colouring properties, LANXESS pigments are increasingly being used in applications where the technical properties of the pigments predominate. Like the Bayoxide® product line for technical applications, it can be used for many purposes. Products are usually tailor-made for customers or created special solutions in partnership.
